What this test looks at
Emotional safety is the sense that you can be honest, vulnerable and imperfect without being punished for it. It rarely disappears all at once — it thins in specific places.
Unlike most Zyybra tests, a higher score here is healthier. The result shows where safety holds and where it has worn thin.
- HonestySaying what you think without bracing for it.
- VulnerabilityShowing need, fear or weakness safely.
- Conflict safetyDisagreeing without fear of the fallout.
- ConsistencyKnowing which version of them you’ll get.
How to answer
Answer for the last few months rather than one bad day. If a question doesn’t quite fit, pick the answer closest to what usually happens. There are no trick questions and nothing is saved on a server.
What your result can — and can’t — tell you
You’ll see an overall pattern level, a breakdown by dimension, and the specific behaviors that stood out in your answers. It can’t diagnose anyone or tell you what another person thinks or intends. It shows the shape of what you’re experiencing.

Questions people ask
- What is emotional safety in a relationship?
- Emotional safety is the confidence that you can be honest, vulnerable and in disagreement without being punished, mocked or abandoned for it.
- Why is a higher score better on this test?
- This test measures the presence of safety, not the presence of a problem. Most other Zyybra tests measure patterns, where a higher score means more of the pattern.
